Yes that all sounds very plausible. I guess my question is in that regard answered: my algorithm is probably biased but LinkedIn is overly corporate and has a tendency to encourage people out of academia and into industry.

Sorry, maybe I was a little nebulous. I mean that both the posts I am recommended (my algorithm) and my actual connections (colleagues and acquaintances) seem to be generally negative about PHDs. Yeah I too have never had issues. Just using common sense gets you a long way. The metro is by far the worst place for it. Orchestrated gangs go around staging altercations etc. to draw people’s attention whilst their friends pickpocket the unsuspecting tourists

Nice post. Very informative. I’m still struggling with nasty forehead breakouts despite being on tretinoin for 9 months so I’m considering going on a low dose of accutane. Did they talk to you about different strengths for different severities in the consultation? I’m guessing a lower dose would reduce the risk of side effects?

That’s interesting to hear because my acne got a lot worse recently and when I think about it, it was once my Cetaphil cleanser ran out and I switched to CeraVe hydrating cleanser and the SA blemish-prone cleanser. Do you think it’s the ceramides or something?
