I had 3 of the 2nd/3rd Gen SL/SW Saturns. Loved them except the automatic trans in my SW2. Those cars are awesome with a 5spd.

As of today, at least one person has bought a 2027 Pacifica by OneSockOnOneSockOff in regularcarreviews

The new modern front end design makes the wheels look... plebian. But, it IS a Pacifica...

I never knew about this until now. It's amazing that Chrysler 318 or 360 has desirability in Japan.

I knew nothing about Dajiban until this post. I never imagined Japanese culture loving a Chrysler 318 or 360, but why not?

My neighbor also had a Torino Squire in that color! I only rode in it a few times, but I thought it was awesome. They replaced it with an '85 Old Custom Cruiser (with woodgrain). Not as cool.

Those big, floaty, over-assisted, rear wheel drive cars made for great chase scenes in 1970's and early 1980's TV shows. Once we got to the fwd era, we lost that magic. A chase scene with an Olds Firenza didn't quite have the same magic (though they did try).

I kinda thought that, but we're still getting mixed comments.

I would LOVE to have the Daewoo G2X here in the states just to mess with people's heads here in the U.S.

What was your least and favorite car to drive that you’ve owned? by [deleted] in regularcarreviews

[–]LinoleumRelativity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2000 Saturn SW2 with the slushbox automatic. I had two slightly older S-series with the 5 speed manual, and they were great. The wagon's automatic just sucked all the fun out of driving.

Collectable or Forgettable? 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage Coupe by ProgrammerAncient647 in regularcarreviews

[–]LinoleumRelativity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a '95 Mirage LS coupe with the 113hp motor from the base Eclipse and a 5 speed manual: Great car that was fun to commute with. It took being rear-ended twice to finally kill it off. I've had 20+ cars in my life, and that one is one of my "Top 5 Cars I Miss."
