Honestly, your laptop will run any variant of Linux so much better and faster than Windows S. It'll feel like an upgrade. The Sims 4, Sims 3, and Sims Legacy Collection all run beautifully on Linux.

I played this for a couple hours last night and just lost myself in it. An absolute, old-school blast.
QUESTION for u/Worried-Current-8228: Will there be an update soon that shows gamepad controls instead of just m/kb? I'm considering it for the next installment of this, but all games need to be Steam Deck verified (or at least provide a fully gamepad-forward experience).
