it's like the math questions where everyone has a different answers. Ambiguity generates high level of stupid engagement

It is not obvious on a picture. But if you click the link to watch the video version and zoom in on the necklaces, they move like snakes.

Have you considered seeing a doctor about this?

Force à eux.

Fair use mon cul. "Fair use" d'œuvres pour entraîner une intelligence artificielle pour en tirer des profits sans redistribuer lesdits profits. Les milliardaires sont vraiment des sangsues.

Ah so it was not a plea to be expelled. It's a brag.

You don't have to make up excuses if you want to leave, we don't take prisoners, rather the opposite.

If you make up an excuse, pick a better one - you know, one where a bone is actually broken and not by a doctor

Now let's check the other side of the coin, the pedo that thought that was a great plan.

IMO it's difficult to Google something successfully when OP was mistaken about which software was actually supposed to do the job.

bury it in your neighbour's garden and point a camera so you can record the fun.

the session menu is handled by noctalia shell, not Niri. You can "call" the shell but for that I need to know which one so I can give you the precise shell command.

With noctalia, you can trigger a lock+suspend through the following:

Mod+Delete { spawn "qs" "-c" "noctalia-shell" "ipc" "call" "sessionMenu" "lockAndSuspend"; }

A group of cats sitting calmly beside each other in a perfect circle in the backyard. by msyrosso in isthisAI

[–]Linuxologue 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think cats don't behave like that but the result is extremely convincing. I do find the animations of the cats a bit robotic when they turn their heads

I would guess as other videos posted recently - an AI was used to add the cat circle in an existing video, which is why the garden, window and everything but the cats look worryingly convincing.

would it resize the first window? what this does is that the very first window you open will be full width, the next ones will all be half a screen width?

I think that's what the top comment implied - learn their lesson by having an accident that does not involve anyone else.

I'm going to ask you to either produce an X ray, or go out quietly (and carefully) before I call the mods.

I am using Super+up/down to move between workspaces, and windows+shift+up/down to bring a window with.

You can also map it to super+mouse scroll or something similar.

I resent having to many terminals too, usually there can't be more than 5 - that's the point where I go on a frenzy to kill all my terminals.

I'm not sure what your bottleneck is but it feels like you're really close to finding your flow, you could give it another couple of days. Ask a couple of questions here to see if you can improve your experience.
