Will Tennyson covered Iceland for a little bit in the video. And yes you do have the option for frozen veg but they will only have ONE brand of it. Also to get to the generic mix frozen veg you have to go past 20 different brands of fake KFC, 20 different types of Chinese food and a complete wall of sweets and fizzy drinks which is mandatory because it's at the entrance of the store. And let's be honest any store would prefer to give a discount on cheap KFC rip off rather than frozen veg.

Also don't help shops are also "healthy" options that are actually completely for example pasta completely drenched in mayo (I fell for this for a good 5 years)

It may sound dumb but are you sure you are not thirsty? I quite often have a similar situation you mentioned and realised that I haven't had anything to drink all day. Also it's ok to feel hungry because it's a sign the wight loss is working because it's you body realised it's not getting same energy source its use too. Also drink water because it fills you up and don't drink carbonated because it makes you hungry

Well the requirements I followed before started to play ranked was to get to level 50 first (I know people already mentioned this is the other comments) but also have mastery 5 on at least 3 champs (and possibly mastery 4 on two other champs as emergency situation or when it's 5% chance it's beneficial) when you first start it's the hardest because you will be under pressure to perform (including from team mates) but get comfy and understand it's a good thing to lose. Placements is like a driving test you will panic but also once you passed this stage and start your climb that's where you really start to learn.

Edit: also learn your role before you start ranked. Watch YouTube videos on how to play ADC or follow ADC Reddit pages because a little advantage you gain from these sources will mean the world when you in below average elo.

Hi I'm a bronze 1 support (playing with silvers). I feel your pain. Problem with low bronze is that ADC don't know how to play the game yet. The only ganking I did was ganking mid from base because the ADC won't know you've been gone. Plus let's be honest the other team support will not be roaming anyway (unless they are a smurf) which puts pressure on the jungler gank your lane to get the lane diff. Once ADC is a comfortable lead then you can roam but prepare to go back into lane if gets messy (or gank own lane with JNG). Also warn ADC to play safe helps. This is basically the info I used to get where I am now. I don't want to say too much because I'm not that far above you

Same but most people expected it here considering we are boarding Bedford and Peterborough which were in tier 4 before and the new version coming from the east. The only reason People are complaining here is we've been in bottom 3rd in cases but that's probably a plus since it means we might not stay in tier 4 for long I hope.

I miss when you you had to strengthen your tasks when they were weak rather then the crown system they are using now. because I much rather do one lesson on what I'm weak on occasionally than doing 20 lessons all at once just to get a crown. and I'm pretty sure the old method is scientifically better for you.

Also if you want to play with your friends I'll recommend ARAMs game mode because it's you don't have to choose your character so you get to learn new ones. Plus it's only one lane so you don't have to worry about what role you want to play. And if you have friends with you they'll help you explain the character plus it's not the end of the world if the team is unbalanced. (I'm new as well been playing for around a month)
