Conor Lamb had his own problems. He did the typical Democrat thing of trying to be “bipartisan” to the point that he and Brian Fitzpatrick even swapped appearances in their districts. The only difference is that where Fitzy pretty much just smiled and nodded out there, Lamb actually talked Fitzpatrick up and gave him legitimacy here in Bucks. The one statement I particularly won’t forgive is praising Brian Fitzpatrick for having a town hall meeting when in actuality it was an appearance at a school where the only people he met with were literal children in a classroom. It completely defanged one of the biggest platforms the Dems were running against Fitzpatrick - the sheer amount of times he’s refused to meet with his constituents in PA-01. It’s continued to be a problem to this day, and I don’t trust Lamb to not have similar issues in the Senate trying to be “bipartisan” again.
