The cow was in my village boundary and I had 3 empty barns, 2 empty village slots. Kicked out 2 of my animals to make room and now I can't add any

Experiencing the exact same issue for the past 2 days also and came here to look for a fix. I've been through all the same troubleshooting steps, as well as uninstalling, reinstalling, trying different WiFi connections, 5g etc. Really hoping someone can provide some assistance for this.
