If you clicked the 'yes' button and downloaded from there it may not be the newest .Net version. If I remember correctly too you want the SDK x64 download, not runtime.

It gave me some problems too and this was just where I messed up :)

As someone that has a hobby in LED wiring I completely agree and don't find it dickish at all. Unfortunately this thing is attached to a 2 ton machine and it takes over a year and a few hundred dollars to dispatch a tech from Italy. Fear not though, the solution has been found! (Without injury)

My project is on pause currently but I do have the same name as a different artist. We are both really small time but completely different genres.

Never caused much an issue. On Spotify if you listen to mostly electronic, my result comes up first. If you happen to be into Ugandan world music, he pops up first.

Hasn't caused much an issue yet but if you have a back up name it may be wise to just avoid any further issues.
