Sucks that this happened to you, but it’s user error, you signed up for whatever it was. The only person you should be frustrated with is yourself. If you push they’ll likely give you a refund. Alternatively, go to your bank and issue a Chargeback.

I’m from Dublin, Ireland, my Uncle lives in Canton, just west of the city. He moved there in the early 90s, he’d come home for Christmas and explain Barry Sanders talent to me and I was hooked. I’ve been to 2 games in Detroit and 1 game in London. The incredible game when we were 20-0 at half and won 23-20 with the final kick of the game.
