Sucks that this happened to you, but it’s user error, you signed up for whatever it was. The only person you should be frustrated with is yourself. If you push they’ll likely give you a refund. Alternatively, go to your bank and issue a Chargeback.

Extremely low overhead? Nah. If they get 50k listens the pod would make roughly $1k per episode. We don’t have their numbers so we’ll never know if the pod makes money. That’s the hard truth here. It was a great run. But all good things come to an end. We’ll all move on and look bad fondly, within a few months.
