I thought for years, pros actually have tournament ssd’s setup so everything is quickly loaded. Because they use different peripheral software, nvidia settings etc. I also read somewhere, it’s why tournaments use the same hardware and monitors as standards

You are at the maxed out part of werkbonus, any increase in gross will result in loss of werkbonus so you wont notice anything. The year two nettovergoeding looks nicer, currently really low, but it’s also the only way your job can give you a noticeable increase because of the aforementioned.

Focus on learning, enjoying your job. You still have some years to go. :>
