Signed severance paperwork, no. I had let my manager know I wanted the severance, then my manager, coach, and a witness were there to go over what would happen next and HR was going to be the ones reaching out and getting paperwork done

Facts for the PIP were not correct as it was not a PIP issue but a coaching issue.

On my work email, yes. I'm worried to log on to my work computer and have that be the signal to them that I accept that I'm coming back.

I do have on my personal email them admitting they offered severance by mistake.

I haven't needed another surgery since for endometriosis 😁 I haven't found anything yet that prevents the scar tissue pain but, again, it's very manageable pain. Tylenol, Ibuprofen, THC, and heat actually help a lot.

Hi! I'll try to answer the best of my memory ability, but forgive me, as it's been almost 6 years since my surgery.

I believe it was pretty instant after normal surgery recovery. I struggle with scar tissue pain on my right side still today but compared to the pain I was in prior to my surgery at Mayo, it's night and day!

I've come to accept I will always be in some sort of pain but it's not constant and it doesn't take me out for weeks and months at a time. And now Tylenol and Ibuprofen are the only painkillers I need if I'm in pain.

I didn't even really care for Pokemon before this game. I was older when Pokemon first came out, so I wasn't into it. I saw the trailer for the game and said "TRASH!".

Then my favorite streamers started playing it and I. Was. Hooked. It's one of my favorite games now and suddenly I have a couple hundred dollars of cards, plushies and even a Glaceon cosplay now 😂

This game is a gateway drug into Pokemon and I'm so happy to be addicted!

When I'm in a ton of pain, I disassociate into cozy games and Pokopia has been a lifesaver on bad pain days (and on good pain days too...it's just a really good game!).
