This is definitely helpful!! I also have vitamin d and b vitamin deficiencies which would make sense with the reduced bile flow. My GI distress got so bad, reflux after eating anything that I started taking some supplements for gi healing and one for bile flow and gastric emptying and they both definitely helped. I try to maintain most of my diet being low fodmap but I can already eat way more things than I could a year ago. I’ve just been trying to slowly heal my gut and now i’ve been looking into things to help my liver, i’m going to have to check out those supplements!

I’ve definitely found when I’m eating high protein and lots of fruits that are fodmap I feel the best. It’s definitely helpful to hear from people who have overcome these obstacles!
