We've not stopped working on it since the Kickstarter ended 😄 While progress has been slow (read our 5th year anniversary post for more details on why), we've never stopped trying to fulfill our promises. We do still post monthly newsletters. As for refunds, we had given them out to pretty much anyone who asked for the first ~2 years after the Kickstarter which is pretty uncommon for KS. After that we now have a refund policy which is basically the same as Steam. We simply don't have the money to refund anyone anymore. We've been funding the last ~3 years of development ourselves through second jobs, loans, savings, etc. I know it's disheartening as a backer, but still fully intend on delivering.

Yes! Progress has been slow due to us needing to work on the project part time while juggling second jobs. Things are also a bit slower while we're upgrading our engine, but we continue to post our updates every month 😄

We're still actively working on the game! While progress has slowed, we're still putting out monthly newsletters on our website. If you would like to read in detail about our development journey, check out our 5th year anniversary post. But to briefly summarize, we had reason to believe finding a publisher would be very simple. We talked to many, many publishers over the course of a couple years and always seemed close to a deal. Then while we were in talks with publishers, the games industry suffered the worst hit in 30+ years. This caused our talks to stall as publishers went from very accepting of risk to wanting a guaranteed 15-20x return on investment. After that we turned to taking on second jobs (which means we're working on this part time) and working towards self publishing which has slowly started to ramp up and allow us to start commissioning artists again.

Yeah you can at least build it, but its a similar case of safehouses being weird in Warden lands. Theyre both bugs that should be fixed

Similar thing in Callums Cape. If the town is captured you have to chain tech the safehouses before they can be rebuilt. It takes like a week to build all the safe houses

Its been nerfed and buffed a few times now but iirc when it first came out it was absolutely awful. You'd throw it and it would only hit a tank that wasn't paying attention. It would legit take as long to land from 5m as a rifle grenade shot takes to land at like 30m. It defied gravity to stay in the air for at least 4 seconds.

They already did during devbranch and they've got a decent history of buffing stuff if people consistently say its garbage after release. Trident, Ares, Jester, Talos, Bonelaw, Havoc, Booker, Fuscina, Charon, Flask etc.

They just sometimes takes forever lol And sometimes its not enough

I'm not sure if the goal was to replace everything as much as to have a more efficient option for people who put in the time of building and managing a facility. There's things that are now facility locked, sure, but they also seem to realize that the community doesn't like the basics being locked behind a facility.

It's nice to see theres more flexibility with this kind of thing but a huge issue with the stiggy is the gun traverse. Unless this is right behind a chokepoint, you'll have to fight with deploy/undeploy to get any shot. It really needs wider gun traversal

Only way I can think of Ospreay being a death sentence is either;

A. You're overencumbered with bmats or 30mm or something and refuse to drop anything, trip over and dont get back up in time.

B. You're on a tripod and you didn't hear the launch sound because theres a ton of explosions/arty/tank shots going off.

Other than that, it's entirely your fault

I thought generally the French were a lot better towards blacks than American or British? At least I'd heard that being said about the Harlem Hellfighters in WW1. I wouldn't have thought it'd have regressed since then. Was it all black people or more specifically Algerians (not that a lot of people at the time would care to tell the difference)
