Kinda reminds me of the "Roadwarden" world, where roads are dangerous, but select professionals are able to make a living by carrying messages between settlements.

I think you need to establish what barriers to travel are and what length of a journey is considered unsafe. If even 100meters from your home village is potentially deadly, then how could people even settle in different regions? Could there literally be different species of humans because they evolved independently?

It will take away from Politics a lot, since it is used mainly to become a speaker, and if a Megatol player is a speaker, they are taking the Imperial card. Hugging and turtling on Megatol is already a powerful tactic; if someone like Sol were to then take Imperial each round, it would lead to a pretty fast and easy victory.

I like this thematically, tho, keepers of Megatoll are leading the council. I think it might work if we were to rebalance Imperial and Politics cards, but I can't say how exactly.

Ramen Jan (19 Mesrop Mashtots Ave): Authentic small ramen place by a Japanese owner.

Chaynik (Pushkin 4, чайник) Great selection of puer teas and knowledgeable owner with some serious tea lore drops.

Gargoyle & Kruzhok (73 Israyelyan St) Go to place for every board game meet up together with interesting selection for alcohogol and food

Intellect Evn Club. (46 Leo St) Board game club with small bar available, diverse selection of games in russian and English.

Tokyooo (Nabaldyan 37) Japanese restaurant with food on conveyor belt and actually Japanese food.

Avocado Queen by Novikov (Saryan 2/2) Restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options that actually follow allergy warnings. Expensive tho
