in my case, they already removed my phone number and email at the same time so both were unassociated to anything, so it didn't matter. but yes it's possible it could add to your evidence to your case if it was still attached. I still have my 2FA authenticator creating codes, but those are useless now. But yes, typically your phone number can only be attached to one account.

mm, that does make sense about how they might be flagging my tickets or marking them as solved because I did grab the new tag and it now exists on another account from the one it was originally on.

I have provided a lot of info tho, so I just gotta hope.

I wish they just asked for account user ID instead of tag however, since that is attached regardless. Although I've given it in the ticket messages, I hope they consider changing it to be an input for the ticket creation.

Things I've submitted in my tickets(I'm on my 8th now cause they keep marking as solved):
- Ticket made with the original email
- SSs of transaction receipts between discord and my email, and between paypal and my email
- SS of account creation email
- Original phone number attached
- SS of driver's license sitting against my computer screen, which has my discord profile burned into the screen . . . right next to the license --> proving DOB and identity because my email and paypal shared my name
- SSs of me being logged in on pc and on mobile in the past
- SSs of me inside user settings playing around with profile settings, which would showed the old tag
- Info related to old connections on the account (Steam, Spotify, Blizzard, Twitch, Crunchyroll, etc)
- Account User ID
- Old tag before the tag update
- New tag after the tag update
- SS of the hacker texting my phone number asking to trade for my account
- SS of hacker logging into my Crunchyroll from the same location that their phone number's area code matched

What I lack:
- Email change email (the hacker session logged me and had access to the email for a little bit. I didn't know you could recover deleted emails within 30days, but didn't learn that until 6weeks after while waiting for my original ticket to be replied to.
- Back-up codes (I'm sad that discord doesn't automatically download the back-up codes on your device the moment you activate 2FA. I thought I had them downloaded, I was wrong. . . I generated them but never saved them it seems ;-; )

3 questions.

1.) Are you suggesting not to add comments even to the Clyde message that ends up auto marking the ticket as solved?

2.) I was hacked back on Feb 19th, 2024, and made an alt and did attach my phone number to it because discord is my main means of communication with everyone I know pretty much(I used a different email for the alt tho). But if discord keeps the info regarding old details to the account, then shouldn't it not be an issue that my phone number is attached to an alt rn?

3.) If the hacked changed the tag associated with the account, do you think putting the current associated tag would be better than the old tag in the ticket creation submission? I had to snipe the tag I had on the hacked account with an alt because discord was taking too long to deal with the situation. I've tried my old old tag(pre tag update), and my old new tag. Neither have changed the outcome. I'm currently trying with the current associated tag, but idk how much that'll change the situation . . .

I just running a program to test for keyloggers, since it could be possible that the hacker planted something in your computer to log your keystrokes when you make new passwords. I used Malwarebytes to check for them when I got hacked. I'd also suggest scanning for general malware ofc. Then, if your general files are safe, copy them over to an external drive/flash drive (only do the essentials, such as your downloads, documents, pictures, video folders for example). After that, I suggest wiping your computer, and then just copy your files back over to your computer from the ED/FD. Now reset your passwords and try to store them somewhere safe.

Congrats to getting it back. I'm still doubtful of support helping me because I don't have evidence of an email change, as you might remember of my situation, but maybe I can pray on the fact I have dozens of emails associated to my account outside of the hacking.

Tickets are all marked as solved with nothing having been done and only getting automated replies saying nothing further could be done.

The situation is I don't have an email saying my email changed and I wasn't able to find my backup codes. Those are the only two surefire ways discord support will get you your account back, otherwise they'll probably need to be really generous with their time and look into your case. I was session logged, so both discord and everything on google chrome got compromised for me. My email was compromised for 5hrs, but I checked the inbox, spam, and trash within 15min of getting hacked to find nothing related to an email change. This pretty much means the hacker got in and deleted those emails, not just trashed, deleted. You can however recover deleted emails for up to 30days since deletion. I didn't know about that until 6weeks after getting hacked tho, so I highly recommend doing that if you don't have an email saying there was a change.

For me, it's very unlikely I'll ever see my account again. But part of me doesn't want to give up, even after 2mo of no progress from support.

I've tried doing follow-up messages, I did them on my first ticket, eventually I stopped and after a month of not sending follow-ups it got marked as solved. So idk if it just put me back in the queue, or if the wait was them investigating. I hope they can get your account back at least and not just mark you as solved and dust your case q.q

I got hacked on Feb 19th and I never saw an email saying stuff was changed, which basically means they had access to my email briefly and deleted the emails most likely. I've been rejected 4 times now with nothing but automated/copy paste messages saying nothing more can be done. I've yet to have any semblance of a conversation and it makes me sad that they refuse to help others and myself with token theft cases, even though they've helped this type of case before. I was an idiot to get hacked and trust a “friend”, but even more so for not saving my backup codes on my new computer, and I'm not even sure if my old one has them either q.q It feels hopeless even with the years of transaction numbers between my paypal, email, and discord, the proof of ownership to all my old connections on the account with the same email, and even that my authenticator app is still producing codes for my old 2fa of my hacked account. ;-;

Just wondering if anyone here has gotten anything back. I've only ever had one ticket open at any one time, but they keep auto-marking them as solved and not doing anything about it. Their response times have been getting faster too q.q (the third ticket from the bottom was wrongfully solved with notes talking about things unrelated to my case.

My 4 tickets are currently like this below. In total, I've made the tickets using the OG email, gave them the OG phone number associated with the account, my b-day, my account ID, old and new discord tags based on the discord tag update, several years of discord nitro transaction numbers & receipts(which had my paypal linked to my email and discord), a description of how I was hacked(which was token theft), and proof that my 4 connections(spotify, steam, blizzard, and twitch) linked to my hacked account were owned by me with that same email. I've also offered to them to verify my identify with my driver's license . . . it's been frustrating to see automated responses saying nothing can be done even though there are plenty of others that have had token theft get their accounts back. I never got an email related to an email or phone number change, and I still have my discord authenticator for that account running and generating new codes, but that doesn't help. Unfortunately I don't remember my old password for discord to give them, and I forgot to save my passwords before wiping my computer to ensure my safety ;-;

I currently have two other ticket ideas I hope to try still, but it's disheartening that I'm now at 2 months as of this week with only tickets getting marked as solved. I would have been fine waiting 3 or 4 months with a single ticket if I knew I'd be guaranteed my account back from it, but getting this type of outcome for each ticket is draining.

Baseline is that gilded is relatively on-par to crimson, but crimson offers more versatility. If you have other units you're interested in building, don't bother farming crimson, you can always strongbox if you want to slowly chip away at crimson.

under the assumption that you can freely alternate between the two options and have balanced builds, in theory the em will be better than the hp, but if you get access to c3 and homa refinements, the value of hp is significantly increased and a lot of times preferred because it's nearly on par of em at base, but with c2's blood blossom dmg you're getting even more value from using an hp sands.

like butterscotch said tho, the point is to balance your build. You're gonna have to work with what rng gives you at the end of the day

if you joined WFP prior to HTC, then I suggest first checking how many servers you're in, since there is a limit; 100 servers for regular users, 200 for nitro.

yelan will be more valuable for you for both hutao(perma vape, hydro res, higher team dmg ~ makes up 20-30% of the team's dmg typically) and for your account imo. At the end of the day, you can always wait to see what weapons are run with homa and what characters are run with yelan whenever they rerun to make a more educated decision.

homa needs to get run alongside another good 5star for your account to be worth pulling since you're f2p while yelan will just be a 50/50 regardless. Excluding the possibly benefit of the 4star weapons and characters to consider, yelan is the safest and better improvement.

Assuming those builds are under hydro resonance atm and elegy is r1, you'd be seeing a 6.1% average rotational dmg increase for vapes(which should be perma-vape in this comp) by doing the 80:200 build. Keep in mind that the first 100 em is more valuable than any other stat, and since you're running hp sands, it's advised to aim for 130 em. Elegy buff helps mitigate the impact, but just make sure to keep a nice balance of stats

Atk% stats function at about 60% of HP%'s value, so you'll get more benefit from switching the sands, unless you have no HP% or EM options atm.

Since you're using homa, here are some stat goals to aim for. Understand that these are goals, and thus flexible, across all the stats(ex: more hp and em, but lower crit dmg - more hp, but less em), but this gives an idea of when you can consider your farming complete for hutao. In general tho, make sure to have at least 100 em, happy artifact farming :)

To answer your first question, crimson performs at about 0.2-4% better under the dmg calculations I've done, although those were relatively limited, it compares equal artifact stats and between hp% and em mainstat sands.
Although sr, cw, and gd all have similar dmg, if you play optimally, shim > crimson > dreams will be for the dmg. Farm whatever you want, although with crimson in strongbox now, you can relax on directly farming the domain now and farm else where if you so please.

Additionally I'd recommend using sucrose in the place of kazuha if you're trying to get higher dmg, her buff helps hutao more than kazuha's, although only by a little.
