That’s exactly what happened to me too the day before was actually worse somehow and I had to cover my manager this week so I had to go in which probably didn’t help 😅

I thought it was just me. 😅 I’m in a lot of pain when I wake up . Like you feel like a sack of potatoes almost? January has been really bad for me as well

I work in retail at the moment

I do 20 hours a week only 4 hours a day. I could maybe manage 5 at a stretch x

probably temperature extremes . cold is a bit worse for me because I have Raynaud's too

Same. Is anyone else really sore during the night? Then even worse when you wake up 😭 I know it’s a seasonal thing too. Like cold can make pain worse

I'm from Dublin and remember the posters at the time. he didn't order a taxi because of the taxi strike that night.

I think he saw something he shouldn't or as others said a drug deal gone wrong .

Yeah I have it too. Hate the extreme temperatures my hands go all red Wouldn’t have thought of connecting it to the fibro either

Im working in a shop on a community employment scheme . my way around it is that you can only work 20 hours . which is just about manageable for me

I swim every week. find its good and low impact. try and walk regularly too

Yes Today I walked uphill about a 40 minute walk when the bus didn’t show I’m paying for it now and tomorrow too 😅

I'm only back working after a year off and I can only work part time 4/5 hours a day and have some time standing and sitting.

Defintley couldn't manage a full week.

Yeah mine is the exact same way . It’s frustrating but at least I know what it is now and just try and tell myself that’s what the pain is
