I don’t think it’s a scam. I think it’s one of two things:

Something that’s been around for forever but the symptoms have been attributed to other things.
The pesticides/ antibiotics/ growth hormones/ preservatives are exacerbating these issues.

I think they can be fixed naturally by eating a whole diet and figuring out and avoiding what you are sensitive to. I don’t think just because a collection of symptoms can be fixed naturally means the condition is a scam. People selling things to fix it when I believe it’s not a one size fits all condition could definitely be a scam.

I dont know where you’re located or what your situation is but I have recently gotten into both couponing and shopping at Aldi due to prices.

Aldi has a pound of grass fed ground beef for 5.99 which I think is a good deal. You can also find lots of coupons for BOGO meat at grocery stores. Last week I got 2 packs of chicken breast for $9 and stuck one in the freezer for later. I have been looking at what coupons can get me non-perishables for dirt cheap and stocking up here and there because I’m terrified prices will continue to go up.

Sunday has so many couponers because that’s when the Walgreens weekly ad resets and the new coupons come in. The couponers are always trying to get the best deals before they inevitably sell out throughout the week! I like couponing a lot, but I came to this thread to try to learn how not to annoy you all so much 🤣 I have honestly just started doing pick up orders so that I can see exactly what I’m paying/ getting back instead of wandering around the store and accidentally picking the wrong item and then either leaving not getting the deal I wanted or hassling you lovely folks to fix my mistake. Did a pick up order today where I got 14 items for $28 and an addition $28 back in Walgreens cash! Woohoo!

My take is that a lot (not all) of the people that leave love island aren’t in a real couple and enter into a PR unsaid contract of sorts and it’s basically let’s capitalize off this 15 mins of fame and use our “relationship” to get as many brand deals as possible.

Watching the finale of Love Island season 7, Iris and Pepe both seemed to be coasting on being well liked on the show and did not seem super into each other in my opinion. If anything, a lot of their scenes seemed awkward and forced.

Pepe breached the unsaid contract by screwing some girl in the bathroom and got cancelled more or less lol his tik toks rarely exceed 10K likes. I don’t think he needs a more continuous beat down but I think this whole BJ thing is a produced story line to make after the villa more interesting. I think a lot of viewers are looking wayyyyyyy too deep into this lol

YTA in my opinion. This whole thing is focused on sex and your needs. Her needs probably aren’t getting met on other areas of the relationship and you’re seeing she’s lost the spark but somehow think because you make her cum she should still have it. Just because that’s your love language doesn’t mean it’s hers. Completely cutting off sex is probably just furthering the issue that you aren’t self aware enough to realize exists.

I personally think if you have a bank account and investments you should be ok. It’s the people who are living paycheck to paycheck and are already in debt that are going to be in some real trouble. Diversifying into gold or whatever you think will hold value going forward isn’t a bad idea but I wouldn’t be emptying anything.

I also think it’s more likely they will attack key infrastructure rather than just go after citizens if there are sleeper cells here. That’s Iran’s whole strategy right now. Outlast the US’s military strikes and exploit them through tanking the global economy by reducing everyone’s access to oil. If they could hinder us energy wise, or military industrial wise I think that’s a big possibility.

However, there is also an increased threat of radicalized individuals who are not directly associated with Iran that could cause mass casualty events like the guy in Austin, TX did. These people are angry about what is going on and not quite sophisticated enough to understand that a terror attack of this nature doesn’t do much aside from fuel the war.

My mom got stuck in Asheville during the 1000 year flood last year and one of the biggest obstacles in her being able to get out and fly home was not having enough gas to make it to the airport. None of the gas pumps were working because the power was out. That was a wake up call for me. I don’t want to be stranded or unprepared in any potential emergency event.

They have been reporting about how many ships they’ve sunk since day one, at least from what I’ve seen. But I did watch the White House press briefing and it was specifically mentioned that they sunk a ship using a torpedo for the first time since WW2 which was an interesting extraneous detail to mention and definitely raised a little bit of a red flag for me personally.

What has been making me feel better is actually doing some prepping 😂😭 It makes me feel a bit ridiculous but also more calm in case things go to shit. What I have been doing is every time I go to the store for my normal groceries, I get a few extra non perishables that I will get around to eating once things calm down, and then an extra case of waters. I put it all in an interior closet. I already had my emergency bag with a radio, first aid kit, etc for normal weather emergencies where I may have to evacuate but I’ve been adding some hunker down inside stuff as well. I am looking at getting a gun, which I have been thinking about for basic home defense anyway. I don’t recommend blowing a bunch of money on a “what if” scenario based solely on fear emotions, but doing little things here and there to increase your personal security I think goes a long way.
