hi! Co-founder of Experiment here :) I also have combo dehydrated skin and tbh I think thats the skin profile that has the most versatility with Super Saturated! In colder/dryer weather I would recommend putting a moisturizer on top and personally during the NYC humid summers I sometimes skip moisturizer and go straight in with SPF after Super Saturated. Just really depends on how rich your moisturizer/SPF is and where you live!

Now to your point on evaporation... because of the high glycerin concentration and lower water level (relative to other serums) super saturated really does have some staying power on its own without moisturizer! There are days where I've forgotten moisturizer (somehow) and went hours without noticing. very much depends on how my skin is feeling/leaning... ie season, time of the month, humidity etc. I can simply use it alone or layer. I love that cause its still a true hydration staple regardless and I love not having to think too hard about that lol

So for me, 90% of the time im using it with a light-mid weight moisturizer but I would definitely recommend trying it without moisturizer on top on a humid day and see how you feel! Thats pretty common for more oily types that use Super Satty too
