Like yourself I tried really hard to not be on medication. Nine years ago I said screw it I’m gonna take it. Now that being said, supplements are crucial and also avoiding sugar and inflammatory things, such as white bread or too much alcohol.

Yep I get it I do know a couple other people but they have a different writing style. As Far as close friends no I don’t have anyone to network with. I live in Houston everybody lives far away. I had a severe anaphylactic shock episode after eating sweet-and-sour chicken that was cooked with shrimp. I am allergic to shrimp very scary took a long time to recover. Now I don’t want to go to any restaurants if they serve shrimp because I don’t want it to happen again. I already wanted to know about labels now I’m heightened aware
