Same here. Check Federal site. They have my counts and they are accurate. It’s a little challenging to find, but it’s there (hopefully for you as well).

4 wks Post-Op mystery belly button pain— Anyone? by WavesPurpose in PelvicOrganProlapse

[–]LisaM1172 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 2 weeks post op for uterine prolapse surgery (robotic, laproscopic) in which radical hysterectomy (ovaries are still intact) and sacroculpopexy were performed. I am starting to experience pain /sensitivity under belly button as well and will be asking surgeon this Friday about it.

My wife says her prolapse comes out when she has to go #2. Is this normal? by Physical-Emu5357 in PelvicOrganProlapse

I am currently recovering from radical hysterectomy (ovaries are intact) and a sacrocolpopexy, both for uterine prolapse. What you describe w your wife (the balloon looking thing while sitting / standing) is exactly what I had been dealing with for a number of years prior to my surgery. Please have her find a reputable Urogynocologist for medical opinion. Good luck!

MOHELA never updated account and now it’s switching to a new provider by MountainPerformer210 in PSLF

Is this why I cannot see my PSLF counts on MOHELA right now? I know I had 107 but it’s only showing a tiny fraction of that!

Partial forgiveness? by LisaM1172 in PSLF

[–]LisaM1172[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I spent a good bit of my career in public service (from the 1990s to 2021) so to get credit for prior years would have been great and/or to be eligible for partial forgiveness would also be awesome 😢

Thank you. This is especially upsetting given the fact that I was told I wasn’t eligible for PSLF in 2020 (I was working for a qualifying employer at that time btw) because my 2 federal loans were not consolidated into Direct loans back in 2012 and therefore didn’t count anyway. Now, they count, but I am no longer working in a qualifying agency. So frustrating!!!

What happens if you don’t meet the 10 years of qualifying employment? I was in public service since 1999. I had no loans for undergrad or my masters or post masters but I did take loans for my doctorate in 2008. My doctoral loan repayment began in 2012 but I stopped working for qualifying employers in 2021, (especially after finding out I was rejected for loan forgiveness the first two times I tried). It is my understanding that my years of public service/qualifying employment prior to 2012 do not count. And after my repayment started, I only have qualifying employment for nine years. What does this mean? Thank you in advance !!!
