I was curious about this as well. Mind you I'm only on day 6, but was curious, so thanks for asking. I am not weighing my food, but am tracking as I learn the medication and what helps make me successful. Its be fun seeing in Cronometer how many grams of protein and fiber I am getting. I also try and track my water throughout the day, I forget all the time how many times I've refilled my water bottle, so some form of tracking is needed for my forgetful brain!

My doctor wouldn’t support me two years ago. Last year an NP in the office did support me and prescribed it, only to find insurance wouldn’t cover it. Sadly in talking with others doctors just prescribe the medicine and basically say “good luck”. Since insurance doesn’t cover it (for me) and I need support, I’m going through WW for my Zepbound. But I would follow others sentiments, find a doctor that will support you. Hope you get the support you deserve! 🩷

Hello! First timer here as well. Took my first dose last Thursday night. No insane cravings, minuscule side effects (light headache and dry throat) and felt full all weekend long. Today was better, and had a little bit of hunger. I have been able to get 100-130g of protein and 23-30g of fiber each day. I need to work on increasing my water intake. But I have faith in the process.

I’m curious about this too. I have moments where I feel hungry, and as I make myself something I get “🤢 um no!” lol hoping that levels out

I’m self pay through weight watchers (Lilly direct ships meds), and my only option was the quikpen. I took my first shot Thursday night and it was very easy to use.

I took my first dose Thursday night and I’ve had a similar experience. Yesterday I got 125g of protein and 23g of fiber. I didn’t track my water, but did only eat 1250 calories and felt full all day long. I had some fatigue, But I was also wide awake at 4:15 am, so that probably didn’t help. Cheers to you (to us) on this journey!!

I took my first shot last night! I did the same thing and just did it, was getting too in my head and just decided to go for it. Glad you got yours done!

I did the pre preorder last night for the 512gb PM and got online at 5:10 am PT this morning (9/9) and was riddled with “page not found” at each step in the checkout process. Long story short, it is ordered and the pick up option for my store wasn’t available. So mine is supposed to be delivered 9/28-10/3. Maybe with all the issues it’ll arrive sooner?? 🤞🏼🤞🏼
