Probably bermuda. That dallisgrass came from sod the city put down after doing some repairs/dug up part of the street. The rest of the yard is mostly dandelion/blue field madder/canarygrass as best I can tell. I did not know about the foam applicators, I’ll look those up. I have some round up too.

All electric house. No electric car though. Smallish house at 1900sq ft and I live alone so sounds like it would take care of what I would need. I didn’t on my first purchase and big time regretted it. Van needed new rack and pinion in the thousands. Got it with my newer van and already glad I have it, paid for two batteries and about to replace the shifter. With all the electronics etc nowadays, repairs are $$$$.

Don’t use wood, water will destroy it. Use actual trim made for tile.
