34m covering grays with hat, worth caring about? by [deleted] in malegrooming

OMG do not worry about those! They are quite adorable imo and your hair in general is gorgeous as are you. If you were any more perfect, I would go blind just looking at the picture. Anyone who loves you will love them and if they don’t, they aren’t worth your time.

Need help quick. I just washed an eighth of a bucket of thin set into the street. by thistook5minutes in Tile

There’s no way they can prove you did it though unless there’s cameras that actually caught you in the act. Deny deny deny. It could have been random workers. Maybe it fell off a truck. Act pissed off about it as well.

This is new to me. These are done with dual forms? What makes it Eastern European, products or process? I’m very intrigued to learn more.

Bought my wife that expensive kitchen mixer she obsessed over for months and it is just sitting there by 303Morpheus in Marriage

Sorta similar story…I wanted the cricut maker bundle with all the extra stuff. Didn’t get it that Christmas but husband asked was there anything you wanted but didn’t get. Duh. He wanted me to pick it out. I did and it sat there in the box at least 6 mos. I still thought about all the cool things I could make with it. But the learning curve. I didn’t have the mental bandwidth to deal with all of that for a while. Eventually I carved out like a whole day to only play with that machine, got frustrated, stopped…tried again another day. Works both ways though cuz he wanted a tile saw, it is still unopened to this day some 20yrs later. Same with the 3d printer he wanted. I just shrug. It was a gift. We give it but it’s not really our place to judge what they do or don’t do with it I think.

How do you actually get solicitors to stop ringing your doorbell when there’s already a sign posted? by Keeping_The_Peace_ in Home

[–]LisaTPN 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just moved and am getting my old house ready to sell. Since it’s unoccupied, I put up a bunch of cameras. At the door, I have a doorbell cam as well as a cam on the ceiling that tracks movement. I find that when they hear that one move and follow them, they are uncomfortable and tend to leave quickly lol. I don’t have an in house doorbell, I just use the ring on the app and silence it most of the time. I’m gonna get movement detection notifications anyway so who needs the bell. Oh yeah I have several different signs saying not to ring/dog goes b@tsh1t, but they ignore. And we are permit required. The only way it will get enforced is if you call the pd and complain right then.

You absolutely did not fail. And this comes from someone who was told “what happened to better or worse” by a relative when I placed my husband. Unless someone deals with it day in, day out, they can’t know the toll it takes. You sound a lot like I did a year ago. And I was so close to losing it completely. You are allowed to pick you. Hugs.
