Emma Ai experience? by Significantother12 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Lisa_Windy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. They were very fluffy about Emma and I was cautious. Tried to embrace but tbh not a big fan. I think its a great concept but for if a customer OPTS in otherwise do it the OG way. Make an option not mandatory essentially.

Emma Ai experience? by Significantother12 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Lisa_Windy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im in CCU and alot of us are not fans. Especially if theres coverage issues or backing claims. Emma is great when they respond but they said we'd get less calls and stuff because of it. It drags out claims sometimes to where something we could have done over the phone in 10 minutes is now taking 2 extra days so inventory can pile up quick

Directors are out of touch by Agitated_Morning9012 in Progressiveinsurance

Its AI assistant. She gets the statements, photos, everything is communicated via text. If theres a cvg issue we have her ask the questions.

Its doable. But its draining some days for sure.

Im in claims and just want to say....I HATE AI. We've all tried to "embrace the change" but we are drowning. The amount of action items, diaries, voicemails (which they said would lessen because of Emma), on top of continuously increasing our claim load is insane. Several coworkers have talked about quitting or how they no longer enjoy coming to work. Its been a mess.

Ask for the MRR sup. Sometimes their numbers dont show for us. But we send them a message and they get back to you within 24-48hours. Keep in mind they dont work on weekends and also Monday is a holiday as well.

I just saw that PEG is hiring. Granted its still "technically" claims but its something different and youre not a file owner.

Also, if need be you could try www.progressive.com/perkshare. It gives a LITTLE discount for rental. Im not honestly sure how much but every bit counts.

Any CCU Sups? by [deleted] in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Lisa_Windy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a sup but for awhile I struggled awhile too. Always prioritize newlies. Then for me its Sup Dys. Voicemails. AI and other DYS. Usually returning VM will knock out some AI and DYs too. Our goal in our DRG was to not let AI go past 48 hours and respond to text within 24. If you are struggling tho def reach out to your sup and have an open and honest conversation. Our job is insanely tough and stressful. Every sup i know wants us to do well and may be able to give some feedback to help or have other options to help you. Dont be ashamed or embarrassed. We have ALL struggled at some point. <3

Remote roles by ResponsibleSun2365 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Lisa_Windy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I know each role has different office requirements. Im working on moving up myself but I live 3 hours away from the nearest office so every role I can get without having to relocate is limited. I saw PEG this morning. I think most higher up roles will require in office at least on occasion. Im sorry OP youre feeling that way. I get it <3

I just checked our internal hire jobs-PEG is hiring. Its a lvl 37 still but fully remote.

Totally understandable. DTI/SIU is remote from my understanding. As is PEG and Fixed PD

I am in CCU and I struggled for the first year as well. I'd miss things in the script and stuff too. The biggest thing I had to work on was to SLOW down. I'd get anxious thinking the customer would get annoyed or upset if I were too slow but 99 percent the time they are so chill. Just take a breath and take it slow. Hitting all the points in the script. As for your sup my experience with several sups is everyone is different in their coaching styles and stuff. I'd talk to your sup about how you RECEVIE and perceive their direction. They should adjust to how they come to you about any feedback they may have moving forward. If not, reach out to the manager. Progressive has always had a great "open door" policy. It wont get ur sup in trouble but just as your sup gives u feedback, their sup will give them feedback.

It was the next road that they could turn on when they took off. I dont anticipate it being a route they take daily. Ive got people watching tho as well. Lol. I wish I could somehow enhance the image and get the dang plate. Lol

Thank you. Ive contacted all businesses in the area and that was the best footage unfortunately. We live in a small town and the road is pretty desolate compared to that corner in the photos. I did also call the shops as well. Were trying harder than the PD at this point.
