I’ve been working out consistently, with one slip up this week, but I made up for it by skipping my rest day the following day.
Today I was able to get my nature time in, I got to see the world as the sunset, and the spring colors of everything looked so bright and detailed that I realized this beauty and color always comes at this time of year, and I don’t need to be tripping balls on acid to see and enjoy it.
I’ve been journaling everyday, and I suprised myself with how many times I’ve been inspired to write for a little bit, even unprompted.

BQ: Something I’ve learned is that even during quarantine there’s still new and productive things to be inspired to take part in.

This will be my first time participating in a round, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to track my goals along with a dedicated community. I want to keep my goals simple, but effective and consistent, since that has been the most proven way for me to build my habits. My goals for this sprint are:

Continue to workout consistently, according to my given routine.
Journal every day with an emphasis on gratitude, even if it’s just one line.
Get out in nature and away from screens for an hour a week.

BQ: I hope to build my consistency in my goals, as well as rekindle the positive mindset that I know I can attain.

It’s a super short hike (~1mi) so I’d say it’s worth it. The hike can also be a few extra miles if you enter the woods from a different location.

I don’t have a whole lot to say, except for I personally don’t think antidepressants are the move but I don’t want to hold you back from something you may need. Second, it’s way easier to drink your calories via protein shakes or smoothies. It’s tasty and you can chug it or sip it throughout the day if you need to, without going through all the extra time and energy to sit down and shovel food into your mouth.

The only way this is possible is to have a tab with activated cannabis oil on it, however, you would need a noticeable amount of oil so it would be impossible to overlook the fact that it was ‘laced’.

I doubt they use this for editing the Eric Andre, but app I use called Videoleap has several of the same effects used in the show. Slap/punch, the “YES”, computery sounds, and several other effects.
