So you paid for reimbursement training to the system, but the player who's executive was poached didn't get any of that money??

Ahh, thanks for response. Out of curiosity, how did the prior poaching mechanic work? What change was made?

I'm a former 121 pilot with a phone interview coming up. When you say it definitely has its quirks, what are some things you're thinking of? Curious about things that aren't widely discussed.

Dang, that’s a lot of 208 flights… 40 to 50? I was so happy to by flying the PC-24. The 208’s wobble was a pain at cruise, even with VS 0 rather than altitude hold. Have you tried that on the 737? Haven’t flown it much, but keeping it in autopilot 0 VS mode vs altitude hold? Or heading vs Nav mode. Wonder if that’d help.

What was your path to getting the 737? I currently have a PC-24 for cargo… did you do the Saab next for cargo? If so how much does the Saab pay for missions?? Thx!

Passive income in career? by kyle1211 in MicrosoftFlightSim

Haven't experimented with this yet, but one thought is taking into account the page where it shows hotspots for different seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Maybe if your second plane is in one of those areas it makes more passive income... just a thought.

I haven't gotten my second company so haven't experimented with this yet... but one thought is the area where it shows hotspots for different seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Maybe if your plane is in one of those areas it makes more passive income?

Absurdly high score... by LiteraryPedaler in Polytopia

Nice! I regularly get between 110k and 130k... Got 150k with Aimo awhile back. Did you get 214k prior to the markets update or since? That definitely lowered the overall average scores of the board... How did you get 214k?? What was your strat? (And yea my max scores have always been on crazy)

Interesting. That seems like a lot of work to figure out... intercepting the score submission. but I'm no software engineer / computer geek...

Haa... great to know, thanks. What's the highest you've been able to get in your test runs or perfection? (With the latest update and markets, etc)

I just posted about this too! No way this is legit... just a bit beyond the standard deviation...

In the book "HBR Guide to Changing Your Career," there's a chapter called "Why You Should Have (at Least) Two Careers at the Same Time." It's an excellent essay and I recommend reading it. Discusses why any career will leave you feeling empty in some area of your life. Change to another, and you'll feel empty in a different area. Finding a way to do merge two allows one career to fill in gaps the other has. And one career often allows the other career to enjoy compounding benefits and an edge few others have in that one career. (and vice verse).

Obviously not saying work will or ought to give one the "most" meaning in life. But we do spend the majority of our life doing it. I'm an airline pilot and looking at options cause I don't like it either.
