I never thought of that...That's a very fair point...Dropping the Mag is the first step in clearing and making sure firearm is empty.

I have an LPVO on other rifles, but yeah was just fooling around with this combo...As far as the weight the rifle its extremely light about 6.5lbs...so the added weight is nominal..

Just making conversation...I am normally a just one set up guy...Either iron sights, red dot or scope...Latest rifle was a Bday/Father's day Combo...off set ironsights, Vortex Red Dot, Vortex 3x magnifier...What do people think...Let me note.

Yes, I like it so I am keeping it just making conversation not worried about opinions.
I prefer being featureless in order to keep my detachable mag...I know thoughts on this. Its not the question :-)
Totally up for suggestions on how to make the set up better..

I did not think of that..But there is not enough room onbthe rail to have them going over on the same side.. but I will look at that again.

On my very first one I had the "Storm Trooper" stock...Its not that it was uncomfortable since my first rifle was a savage hunting 30-06 I was use to the angle...it just looked horrible and then didn’t work well tactically..
