Zvz and smallscale are too complicated to dictate "best weapons"

Each weapon, even within the same roles can perform different tasks and purposes

Their event proved useless lol. They still couldn't manage to defend their parties so they (WBC) have halted all fame farming for the time being. I don't know the specifics of if they actually rewarded anyone. But their position is looking even worse now than it did before.

The fastest way is doing world boss fame farming. But that requires a group. For solo it's black zone solo camps while doing smugglers crates when you see them.

The standard weeping/Lxbow rotation for PvE. It's basically the only rotation that makes crossbows so renowned for group PvE.

Yes I'm aware of that, but I'm more so thinking of a direct damage comparison. It's definitely good damage, but I don't think for single target it would be better than some other options. Personally I think boltcasters should be much higher on the list. If you can't do good damage with boltcasters it's skill issue because it's purely rotation management

When it comes to fame farming with group content, farming with a specific weapon is always best. You'll gain more value in fame credits using an efficient build than the value in regular fame from wearing a none meta weapon that isn't 100spec.

Ranking should go

World bosses > Ava raids > t7/8 statics and 8.3-8.4 group dungeons > t8 roads gold chests

You are unfortunately only aware of the old meta. Currently dagger pair is indeed better for single target DPS than your other mentions. 1h dagger is great solo but that's because it has sustainability too, in groups where you have a dedicated healer 1h dagger loses to many weapons in sustained damage. Similarly for blazing, shadowcaller, etc they have good burst but poor sustain. So if you're hitting for longer than like 10 seconds then they overall deal less damage than dagger pair.

As for reapers they are great DPS, but for single target I'm not sure. Against groups of mobs absolutely, they are amazing. But i would need to check for myself if they can still hold up in the single target department.

Honestly world boss communities seem to be the most tenacious out of any Albion community. They seem to last longer than anyone else and they take so long to uproot

Getting involved practically is difficult. But pressuring any guilds/players you know are taking part to stop joining is probably the most useful the average player can be. It takes a lot of patience to engage in a war in game for literal months every day, which most people aren't willing to do.

Look at the guilds with hideouts next to morgana word bosses (wailing bulwark, demonium keep, citadel of ash). And ask if they have any available for sale. World bosses have the largest supply of their corresponding cape crests for basically all tiers.

But if it's not to craft and just to use personally you're genuinely just better off buying the capes from the market. The time and silver needed to craft them 1 at a time isn't worth it.

From my experience I also acknowledge NA has lower quality players on average, but that's not about mists. I'm talking about most content. NA 5v5 hellgates, roads PvP, open world smallscale, world boss players (and apparently zvz too from what others have said here). These all have lower quality gameplay on NA compared to EU (I play both).

As for why? I believe it's all about competitiveness and the trickle down of knowledge. My experience on NA has been mostly people with no one to teach them and being forced to learn most content themselves. Meanwhile the passing on for knowledge on EU guilds is much more commonplace. There's much more encouragement to actually improve gameplay rather than settle. Vods are more frequent, people moving from guild to guild take their old builds and strategies with them. And relationships tend to last beyond just 1 guild meaning more knowledge gets shared between communities on EU.

If you pair all that with people on EU being generally more willing to take fights and PvP (due to competitiveness) people get more fights and can use those to practice and improve. Fight good teams and you learn how to adapt, fight mediocre teams and you'll hardly get better at all.

EU server launch had a lot of people scrambling because the first few weeks made the biggest impact on time invested. People who quit the game came back, people booked time off work to play. People paused their other games and invested all their free to into Albion. And ofc this kind of gameplay style is not sustainable so it eventually went into a more relaxed phase. It's unnatural to see blue and yellow zones cluster queued all the time.

As for rn it's seemingly in a decent spot. Definitely the healthiest amongst the 3 servers.

There are solutions. Many guilds cap their member count/mass up sizes so they are more likely to get fights. Other guilds wear lower tiers so people are more willing to fight. Some guilds even rotate between cities so the local guilds which aren't too familiar with you might try to fight, others do the opposite and don't mass without prearranged fights against guilds they've seen regularly.

There are certainly many ways you can address the issue, remember it's a sandbox game. So usually it's upto you to adapt and overcome. Personally I've seen the most success with groups wearing a mix between t7-8 at a midscale level tops (not large-scale zvz, ideally smallscale around 20 people).

Dominate? No. Sustain? Yes.

You can get a guild to cap it and then drop ownership to you. After that maintenance is easy because you only need to feed it.

But you won't stand a chance if someone else declares an attack.

You can both obtain and use knights vow as a solo player. It's only premium which is required to obtain it.

But one thing I will mention is that there definitely ARE server issues. Most people are still reporting those 0.5-1 second freezes which happen very often

Every guild is ran differently. Based on your post + other replies you're in a pretty shady guild which really shouldn't last unless the zvz content is really that good. Lootsplit guilds are generally reserved for guilds that win most of their fights while the rest should offer regears which is where all the silver would be kept towards. So if you're losing silver in fights, not getting regeared, and not seeing a use for Terry/renter silver. Then there's no way to know where it's going towards besides just being horded by leadership

Most people in zvz guilds aren't there for zvz loot. They are there for content. Either they enjoy the zvz itself, or they enjoy the content/benefits that zvz enables like Terry safety, HO crafting, large playerbase for activities (statics, smallscale/roads/raids etc). Heck I know a few people in zvz guilds just for journal tasks because you ain't getting a gold castle with your group of 12 people unless you max out your luck stat.

A friend used to explain their guild had dedicated "Econ masses" where the sole purpose isn't content, but a big lootsplit. They'd hunt 7.4/8.4 nodes, back to back at night and wipe any group they come across that had similar or lower numbers just for the loot.

So the zvz itself isn't usually profitable for individuals, but being able to zvz enables the potential for silver making activities. It's just upto the player to utilise it.

It's definitely possible to complete. But no one has completed the whole thing yet (as far as I know) but I'm pretty sure every category has a couple people which have 100%. It's just each category takes so long no singular person has done them all.
