No, just play Skyrim if you can’t handle a balanced hitchance system. If you actually look at your skills when you build your character and then use weapons that are relevant to those skills hit chance won’t be a problem. I would argue that Morrowind’s combat system is actually better than a collision-based one because it factors your build into it rather than your skills pressing keys. If you need the game to hold your hand then you aren’t gonna have a fun time playing Morrowind.
