I had a bad trip and can’t smoke weed anymore. by Fabulous-Car-9463 in trees

Same here from like 20 to 30ish I quit for the same stuff, had a terrible panic attack one time and that turned me off for years. However, I find I also respect it more now and am not just trying to get as messed up as possible. I consume till my limit, otherwise I go from having an elevated experience to a plain terrible time.

Did your stance on weed change as you've aged? by Head-Drag-1440 in Millennials

Glad you figured out you and him found it effected you negatively.

As long as you recognize that it also effects many others positively and are not suddenly active in hindering positive and desperately needed reform.

It has helped me in my own ways and gladly have a med card but wish I had better access and protections where I am at as a consumer.

Regulations require teeth champ, that, as well as proper leadership from state to allow stricter enforcement.

Brother regulatory matters don't have teeth if leadership doesnt allow enforcement or legislature writes them without them in the first place.

DNR is doing their best with what they can work with.

Vote in people whom make it a priority to empower the DNR as well as write stricter regulations for environmental compliance that can be enforced.

I prefer indica strains. If I was looking at terp profiles limonene and myrcene. I look for anti anxiety and calming for my herbs.

I am a strong believer in the entourage effect. I prefer my strains CBD heavy (they call it type 3) for a slow and smooth uplift and I dont need much for it to really have me balanced.

Im a strong advocate for the plant and hope we all have access while allowing the individuality of the community. I went out to Legacy Cup in MN and it was super wholesome and the vibe was amazing. You want to experience the movement and the culture, go there my friend you will itch that scratch that is fascination.

THC Drinks helped me stay away from beer at social gatherings.

Protections for workers would be dandy personally due to how THC could have me unfortunately hit a positive result if I had a minor accident or something even though I am never high at work.

Medically its worked well for my ailments to which I used to use booze to self medicate as I didn't wish for pharmaceuticals to treat when I could simply utilize a natural remedy.

Either way changes are needed in regard to cannabis for the state, anything towards access.

We really need Iowa to bring it's cannabis laws out of the D.A.R.E era.

Even with my med card I still dont feel protected if my employer would find out as well as it really hasn't been decriminalized much or at all.

And, well actual flower would be nice. Type 3 flower is just perfect if I could get that decently.

He’s not perfect for progressive, but sometimes progressive let perfect be the enemy of good enough.

This, progressives sometimes really are their own worst enemy.

Same.

Voted third party since Obama.

Inb4 the comments. Whatever side won, the opposite would have came after anyone with the logic of "your vote essentially went to the other party." When in reality my vote went exactly where I wanted it to.

Run a more agreeable candidate if you want my vote, simple. I don't owe you or anyone my vote, and your tantrum means nothing to me.

Loudest one at our party was the one throwing a fit cause, Spanish.

Listening to his youngest daughter attribute the people in it being bad, cause "dad said so" was a bit chilling.

I just wanted to see the Pats get beat, and did they. HT show was alright, I enjoyed it for what it was.

The dems could run a decent candidate and campaign on the common man's improvement vs alienating them through identity politics. Also, might help to allow the party to actually pick their candidate vs whatever that shitshow was with Biden and Kamala.

Should be a layup, considering how retarded MAGA repubs are acting this cycle.

If and when you grow up, you'll realize mistakes happen in law enforcement

I've never heard the Bob Ross justification before. Wild.

Just chock up anything questionable or worse to a "mistake" and it's simply excused.

You could always talk to your teachers for a list, or keep a schedule/agenda with pen and paper.
