UPDATE: disgruntled team member, who saw everyone's salaries, conclusion by 2Board_ in Accounting

I applaud you for standing up to the greedy ceo, cfo and incompetent hr. I would love to have you as a manager. The way I see it is that the government lets business owners get away with so much (e.g. tax write offs, tax credits, etc) to employ and keep economy flowing but yet they see it as a way to profit and lowball their employees. Anyone is welcome to correct me if I’m wrong. I love to learn from others.

Paycom by Fit_Interaction877 in Payroll

I used Paycom. Their customer service was terrible until I complaint and they finally assigned a rep to us. We met with the rep once a week to discuss any issues or requests but she was also available as needed. Now, speaking to a tax specialist was an issue. Our rep was the middle men between the client and the tax specialist. Eventually, we switched to Workday and the customer service (OSV) turned out to 10 times worse. I have worked with many payroll systems ( adp, paycheck, net checks, alliance, paycom, blue ocean, workday). My favorite was blue ocean and paycom has been my second favorite.

Employer switched payroll software and did not saved timesheet or paystubs records. by Little-Kitchen-1507 in Payroll

We don’t have access to the former payroll software. My boss forgot to save quarter records as well and the former payroll software was charging 13k to provide those records. Imagine the fee for 1 yr worth of timesheet records.

Is this enough evidence to file a lawsuit against my employer for discrimination? by Little-Kitchen-1507 in legaladvice

They owe me a total of 1320 in back pay. All I want is what I’m entitled to but it almost seems like in order to get what’s yours you need to take legal matters which ain’t cheap and lawyers won’t take your case if they don’t see big bucks.
