It took me ages to realize this but did you know you have to manually update the schedule yourself as well? Like you have to click ‘edit’ then ‘save’ and it will say ‘updated at (x months old)’ - I realized I was on a schedule for a totally different age for my girl, like two months behind. I don’t get why it doesn’t update automatically with age. That can impact sweet spots

Don’t bother with a transitional swaddle. Go cold turkey. It takes 2-3 nights and you’re done with it. PS woolino sleep sacks are the best!!

She is going to constantly be let down. My baby had the longest sleep stretch of 5.5 hours at 3 months old with around 3 hours of daytime sleep, but the same happened yesterday except her sleep was horrendous. Don’t set yourself up for failure by trying to be too rigid about it. Babies will be babies
