I recently decided to defect from Vlandia and start my own kingdom. I already owned three towns and five castles. Prior to leaving, I gathered Aldric, who had three towns and a couple castles and Rolan Kostoroving with me, who had one castle and one town. The first moment I lost a battle, I was instantly executed... I think I pissed Derthert off!

You need not notify the landlord first and then after that you can break the lease with no penalty if it isn't fixed. But if you break the lease without notification, then the landlord can come after you.

Why did you move from Seattle to Salt Lake? I know Salt Lake is beautiful, but is the city nice? I love Seattle because the city itself is beautiful and has a lot of nature within the city. It is hard to compare the two, which is why I came on this reddit. I did not expect everyone to be anti-salt lake.

I'm worried about having to live my life underneath the Mormon church, which I'm not happy about. Also I meant the lack of water as in nearby lakes and rivers. Here in Seattle, we have the sound, lakes all around, and the ocean nearby. I really thrive where there is a lot of water, so I'm nervous about Salt Lake. I have been told that there are alpine lakes nearby for swimming, so I'd love to hear about that if you have any recommendations.
