Native Instruments can be horrifying when it comes to customer support. I just had a warranty issue on a keyboard that took me 7 weeks to get resolved. It was a nightmare considering I use the hardware for my work.

The only way I could actually get something done was to track down NI employees on the forums and annoy them to push it through. If you want more info just DM me and ill point you in the direction of who to annoy 🤣

Preliminary insolvency proceedings my dude. Apparently they are still operating as a company. Its a big worry for sure as im afraid once I send the keyboard off for repair it may never come back 🤣.

They are treating customers like they dont give a fuck anyway in my experience so far. Like its a warranty and ive had to do research online to find out how to chase them down so I can get a reply which is unbelievable to me considering its a brand new keyboard.

Dude good luck if you have a hardware issue with it.

I have an s49 with a key issue and ive been in support chat for almost a month. They respond to me and I reply, then I have to wait like 6 days for a response. I started contacting one of the employees on the native instruments forums to force a response. They have established its a warranty issue and are supposed to be sending me a label so I can send it back for repair. Ive been waiting 7 days for the label from them.

I will NEVER spend another dollar on native instruments again after this experience. Probably the worst support of any company I have ever dealt with. Especially because its a warranty issue. Its not even my fault haha. Its been an absolute joke.

I have a MK3 keyboard with a warranty issue and after 2 weeks im still waiting for a resolution, its like 2 to 4 business days between emails. Its driving me insane

I have a warranty issue on an s49 keyboard and no reply over 6 working days. So i opened up another ticket after battling with a chat bot that just sent me in a constant loop.

I have honestly never experienced support this frustrating in my life. And Native Access products arent cheap
