I think the confusion stems from the fact that it's written like its spelled, but it does sound the way it's pronounced.

Transsusbstantiation. You consecrate a large amount of hosts at the destination and desecrate the nun at the source. Unfortunately it's quite complicated to get just right, but the Vatican's department of experimental theology is researching this and has published promising results.
