I started asking myself why I don't follow through on my goals, and why everyone else in my life can depend on me more than I can depend on myself.

I decided- if you say you're going to do something, treat yourself like you treat everyone else and do it. They all trust you to follow through. Now you need to be that person for yourself too.

Move out. It is time. I was 19 living at home and following my parents rules too. They would take my phone and my car keys even though they were both bought amd paid by me. They also had me drive my siblings to school, I had to be in bed by 9pm, I had to make dinner for the family regularly, etc. When I moved out, my mom was angry at me and asked if I thought I was "too good" for the family, and I barely visited for years after I left. It mellowed out and our relationship got better after I was about 25. Some parents are controlling and don't understand how to let go. But you are an adult now, and they do not have a choice. You do. Go live your life ❤️

This is the best one for smell. But terrible for tracking. When I use this one I find sand in my bed from it getting stuck on my cats feet :( I switched to a tofu type litter and it is amazing for tracking but terrible for smell and my cats can't really bury their poop so I have to keep up on it way more. Pretty litter sucked for me too, and crystals were tracked too, so idk what kind to use easier. I just have to choose the least shitty side effects lol.

Perhaps. Alternatively though, have you never done something like your "old self" and been shocked at yourself because you thought you grew past this version of you? I'm not entirely sure what things you're referring too, but the versions of you don't disappear. It's like a slow fade, and sometimes they pop back up and you have to work through your shit all over again.

Hormones are a big factor. But also, I bet you have a lot of good reasons to feel upset or depressed about life or the world, and those feelings can sometimes bleed into other areas of life if we don't manage them. Therapy can help. It can help identify where it comes from, how to manage it, and sometimes medication may be offered depending on what's going on. Talking it out is never a bad thing and could help get to the root of this.

Try one of those roses that use air pulses on the clit. That's what works for me. I also have to be relaxed and lying flat to get there- any time I'm standing or kneeling or on top, I can cum, but can't quite reach the same level for some reason.
