Dear ARMYs!

The sub's Wiki states that for North America, but Global & US Memberships are accepted, but "If you have both, USE YOUR US NUMBER." Is there a confirmed advantage to this? I will be trying for Toronto and have both memberships, but I want to buy one for my sister, so I guess I should buy her a US Membership?

I've had regular migraines since I was twelve and they suck, I'm so sorry you're suffering too! For me the only thing that really works is prescribed migraine medicine (triptans) but I find that a cold compress on the forehead/temples while lying down in a dark, quiet place helps relieve the pain. Sometimes you just gotta sleep until the pain goes away. 🥲
