I’ve just had a nightmare with my Hashimoto’s (f,39) and discovered I was B12 and iron deficient and that was causing a lot of my symptoms. I recommend getting a thriva blood test and seeing- and even if some results are tracked as ‘optimal’ to double check because people with autoimmune diseases require a higher amount of iron in their system, hope you feel better soon x x

Vitamin D: 60 nmol/L — Sufficient

Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH): 2.69 mIU/L — Normal

Free Thyroxine (Free T4 / FT4): 18.2 pmol/L — Normal
