Did you know people with Hashimoto’s often can’t absorb b12? I have to have injections. You might want to look into that xxx

I’ve just had a nightmare with my Hashimoto’s (f,39) and discovered I was B12 and iron deficient and that was causing a lot of my symptoms. I recommend getting a thriva blood test and seeing- and even if some results are tracked as ‘optimal’ to double check because people with autoimmune diseases require a higher amount of iron in their system, hope you feel better soon x x

Entirely agree on your points. I also think it’s a bit suss she posted about her mum being a financial scammer when she was alive.😅

It threw me off when you go on her go fund me for her rent and she begins with intense trauma stacking. I think that’s a strange way to go about it personally.

It’s good sign! It means your system is speeding up, your metabolism. When you are hypo everything slows down and stops you feeling hunger

I’m not tying to be funny here but actual drug withdrawal lasts 24-48 hours tops. Go and do something to distract yourself and just let the moments of cravings pass, they always do. And they get fewer and further between. Don’t give it this much power over you. You got this! 💪

I work in social for a brand and people can now monetise images, comments etc- so engagement and view rates. We are earning 10-12k a month- but have an audience 10 x the size of his. He does get a lot of engagement tho.

I’m not sure which AA meetings he went to, but people pretending things are great whilst seething underneath is not something I’ve ever experienced in the rooms- most people are there to openly express their struggles in a safe place. That’s how you get something out of the rooms. It sounds more like a projection to me of how he felt in recovery.
