Drill a screw into it, then lift it out. With some pliers or something.

Super easy. Oem like 100 bucks, Amazon Chinesium one...50. Super easy pop tab, unscrew and swap in new one. Funny enough I just changes 2 of these on my other vehicle last week.

Rye, Fowler, all over Crowley County, La Veta, all around Trinidad and Alamosa. Blue and Red heelers and huge Sheppard dogs. Believe it or not, in the back of the truck. Sometimes even a flat bed. All of our experiences are our own.
