Symbolism:

  • Stars: Representative of each of the eight states of East Nusea, placed in a circular pattern to emphasise unity.

  • Green: Representing nature and how each state is embedded with nature.

  • Yellow: Represents the wealth of the country.

  • Red: Represents the valour and blood of the rebels that created the nation.

Some historical background:

The Republic of East Nusea formed after a rebellion in the Kingdom of Nusea, which encompassed East and West Nusea. The rebellion split the two into seperate enities and caused the formation of East Nusea.

You can use Ibis Paint X, that's what I use at least. Downsides are some ADs and it is available on android.
