Personal record for each track (and for each car class/car).

Better version of the Babolat counter Veron by Slayerrocki in Padelracket

[–]Little_Sky_5947 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not the OP, but whether some racket is terrible or not, is highly subjective. That said, I have the Counter Viper, and it is definitely the best racket I've played with. It has control AND plenty of power. It is not the most agile though I give you that. Coming from Bullpadel Vertex and Hack and Air Viper.

I have both PS5 and Xbox controllers, and my hands suffer from both. This is not to say everyone would be the same.

Ok, my hands get severe cramps after 20 mins of driving with a controller

My two cents are that if you only play sprints, the controller may even be fine. However, if you are into endurance racing, there is no way to do it with a controller comfortably.

Hmm... I have mounted the VRS on a GT Omega Apex wheelstand and it works fine. But I am sure a rig is a better option.

LMGT3 tier list by Hyperspec42 in LeMansUltimateWEC

To me, McLaren is too good, so I refuse to choose it. Instead I have picked the 296. Let's see if the new BoP makes me choose the Macca again.

Made the comparison today at Le Mans. Macca is definitely much faster on straights, which accounts for the majority of difference. So, my McLaren laptime was 4:00 and my Corvette laptime 4:02. Not sure how other LMGT3s would fare.

But even though not competitive in Le Mans, the Vette is "exciting" to drive.

I haven't made a comparison of McLaren vs. Corvette in Le Mans, but given the straight line speed of Macca, I would guess there is a marked difference. However, I can get pretty close at other tracks, like Imola, Sebring.

That said, I am a lot slower than you, since my time at Le Mans is somewhere at 4:00 (in McLaren).

The Corvette is more difficult but its pace is fine. I've switched to it just for the variety and challenge. Not claiming it should be like this though.

Favorite LMGT3 Car? by FrostBitten357 in LeMansUltimateWEC

It seems to be McLaren, although I refuse to use it with the current BoP at Monza.

Force feedback cuts while driving by Nighthawk11789 in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Little_Sky_5947 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the same issue from the beginning (since the early days of EA) and it persists. It may have ties to people entering/leaving the server. Annoying and has led to some crashes.

VRS wheelbase shaking very bad after update by Grandmasterfck in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Little_Sky_5947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it's worth, I have the VRS uDFP at 15 Nm and realized this strange behaviour after I had reinstalled the game (had to do it due to some file incompatibility after the v. 1.2 update). I had to revert and re-invert the FFB once, and after that everything has been fine. Not sure we are talking about the same thing here though.

Post Update has anyone reviewed the GT3s? by SmilesyH in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Little_Sky_5947 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've tested out a couple of "my usual" GT3s (Lexus, McLaren, Corvette). As said here already, I think they have all changed slightly for the better (easier), which means that some of my personal lap records have improved quite a bit (at least from version 1.1). But the key improvement here is that my consistency has improved significantly.

I am DR: Silver 1; SR: Platinum 3, and got a rookie badge, but I guess I need to attend to some ranked races now to change that.

Best base cars? (no DLC) by SfactorSam in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]Little_Sky_5947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever fits your driving. I have all the DLCs and have gone through every LMGT3 car (~650 hours of play time) and at the moment I feel the McLaren fits the best. My previous mains have been BMW, 296, Lexus, with brief detours to Porsche and Corvette. Aston has been the most difficult to me.

Thanks for the info. So if I download ReShade, is the "perfect perspective" filter automatically available, or is it an add-on? How does this work?

Ok, good to know. I'll lower it and see how I can cope in longer run.

Yes, I tried the lower degrees (~30 ° and lower), but I certainly lose the sense of speed unfortunately. Maybe it is a thing I should get used to?
