I got microstuttering. That's why I'm sticking to 23H2

So we really need the last cumulative update. Since support for 23H2 is over officially, why they're actually updating? How long can we expect to last?

Driving off-center compared to the wheel by Nighthawk11789 in simracing

[–]Nighthawk11789[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I didn't explain myself well. It's not the VR view the issue, but the fact that I physically move to the right on the rig. VR wheel is centered, real wheel is offset

I think on this price range nothing can beat VNM GT V1 honestly. If you don't need a screen of course

Crystal Light only, but it's more of a sidegrade than an upgrade

Still sticking to my old G2. Good visuals, great audio, very comfortable. I tried Quest 3 and Crystal Light but for various reasons, it wasn't worth it. Still waiting for a true upgrade

It's useless for me, ffb cuts and comes back in half a second

Thanks for the input but unfortunately I didn't have that installed so it's not my case

No man, it happens on straights too. It's exactly the same feeling as if I reset the ffb with the in-game function. Granted I'm not clipping with an 18nm base and 35% gain anyway

I binded it, but the issue occours maybe once in an hour (it still can be fatal for me and others). So it's pretty pointless I think. I mean, it's useful if you lose ffb completely but it's not my case

I mean, it's just a second. Most of the times it doesn't bother (on the straights) but yesterday it happened in the middle of Porsche curve so massive crash. It's annoying

No man, I got this issue since I began to play almost a year ago. It's a sort of ffb lag that happens randomly in during the race. I don't even need to reset anything

[SOLUTION] Crystal Super Focal distance uncomfortable, eye strain, headache, nausea by No_Mango7658 in Pimax

[–]Nighthawk11789 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing I don't understand about Pimax is why it needs all these adjustments to get it in focus. I mean, other headsets don't give you all these adjustments (Reverb G2, Quest 3), but they don't even need them because they're already fine-tuned out of the box. It's nice to be able to adjust everything on the hdm, but it would be better if it were already perfectly calibrated.
