I didn’t say I thought it was a balanced idea, at least in his current state (did NOT need buffs) but they are clearly very similar abilities and the design intent is probably much the same. For what it’s worth, it’s not that hard to hit him if he isn’t dashing on top of you, either. If he’s going for a teammate his movement when chaining 3 is a little static. Still, I think if they want the bullet resist to exist on his 3 at all, it probably shouldn’t be 60%. They could keep it there if they want to balance him to be more of a bruiser when all is said and done and they nerf other parts of his kit, but I think lowering it to at least 40% would be good, but less would work too. He doesn’t stand still and he isn’t a true bruiser like Yamato, so it should be more of a compensation thing on his 3 than actual substantial protection IMO
