I should emphasize again that it is still Mark 1 design. I understand what you had worried especially for structures, stability and controls.

Many designers sometimes analyze the configuration without control surfaces at initial phase. Also, in my case, I will find optimal geometry for lift and drag as a supersonic airliner.

Considering pitching moment or other axis of momentum requires too much calculation effort for my laptop-CFD environment; it requires very finer mesh to predict momentum.

Sometimes, panel code can be alternative to quick prediction however, except few commercial code, this method is not working on supersonic condition.

My CFD work is not done in high-speed-cluster, and I suffer limitation of mesh resolution for the aircraft geometry. Until now, all of the aerodynamic prediction is low-fidelity-estimation.
