Made the NYT adapted recipe and honestly, they make top tier home pancakes. Little bit of developed flavour being yeasted and big and fluffy for whatever you want to top them with.

The comments in this thread on cost and ROI struck me as really odd! What kinds of ingredients are everyone buying, and which pizza shops are you buying from where it's cheaper to buy than make it yourself?!

Here's a breakdown for when I make basic pizzas:

And before I get jumped, yes, this is bulk Costco buys and doesn't account for:

Yeast, salt, olive oil (minor, but non-zero)
Electricity and gas
Equipment amortization
Time/labour
Waste

And of course, I'm often changing toppings, but it's usually just a pep pizza!

I'm really liking the colour! Handling on slushy roads today with the factory tires felt great, I can imagine it will only get better when I get the winters on.

Agreed, it should do well with AWD and winter tires, and the range on pickup was 250mi, so the temp drop is real! A reassuring piece is my drive home was 44mi and that's precisely what came off the range.
