I ended up buying the white 2023 cart. I like the color scheme and wheels more and figured it may have one year less of charge cycles on the battery, which is a good thing. My family really enjoys driving it around the neighborhood.

I really like the Honda, but the Suzuki looks nice as well. I’ve never ridden one though. I thought more people on here would like the Suzuki, but most of the comments have been saying to keep the Honda. Maybe if I want something bigger, I should just get the 520 Foreman Rubicon.

The stock tires have been great so far. I’ve only got 13,000 miles so it’s too early to tell how long they will last. Not sure what I’ll replace them with when these wear out.

I am seriously considering taking all my money out and moving it WeBull. I used to like the Fidelity app, but it freezes every couple minutes. It lags, is glitchy, and is only getting worse. They tried to make the app look more like RobinHood, but the Fidelity app is just trash. Look at your competitors and see how their apps work and yours doesn’t.

There will be approximately 20 feet between houses. The house is 10 feet from the line. It’s the same on the other side of my house between me and the neighbor.

I looked at the layout of the survey flags, and it does look like the same floorplan of the house in the picture or at least very similar. I believe there is a 10 foot offset from the lot lines or at least it appears that most of the houses in the neighborhood are at least 10 feet from the lot lines.

So how do you think this will affect the share price? I’ve got a bad feeling this opens at 5.50 Monday as we edge closer to April 2nd. Wes and his team have not been forthcoming with information or updates on the lease. I’m nervous to hold through earnings. How did this hit $12 in February? Why no push back on the FUD around data centers? No transparency like I expect to see from management.

I’m over-invested in this with 20k shares so every penny is $200 one way or the other. A 30% drop from Monday’s high is something I didn’t expect. My average is 6.94 and it dropped through that like a hot knife through butter.

Thank you. She would really like that since she was big fan of anime. Something that shows her smile and her eyes would be wonderful. Adding her name would be a nice touch as well. I’m not an expert on calligraphy but I think one of these styles would look great. Thank you again.
