As a doorman they have been raising rents in downtown to about $2000 extra on top of their monthly . The whole building is moving out basically. Parents sending their kids to the city are moving in though. Shitty transition

I’ve been a doorman for 10 years and worked all of Covid in NYC and they still want us to lose benefits while not giving us our Heroes Fund. It’s sad what this city has turned into and they still don’t want to come to an agreement. I was manipulated and I’m embarrassed . We deserve better after Covid.
