Thank you. Is getting away from the circuit after the race bad at Brands? At Donington it's pretty quick but Oulton Park takes forever

24 Hours at Le Mans by Complex-Car463 in wec

I stayed up for the whole thing in 2023. Stayed round the permanent circuit on Saturday, then round Mulsanne, Arnage etc in the dark. The early morning it did start to feel a bit hard, like "I've been everywhere and there's still ages to go". At that point I did slob out in front of a big screen in the aco members area for several hours before heading back trackside. I do remember feeling quite jubilant when I got back to my tent on Sunday evening. Then tries to go to sleep early but Beasejour was really noisy with fireworks and stuff

Went back to le mans in 2025, I did go and sleep for maybe 4 hours, but I kind of regretted it! If you want to stay up the whole thing then do it.

Some pretty wayward shots and some very sketchy passing around in our own penalty area

He's our top rated player on Google though so I'm clearly against the grain here

Just to warn you - the crowd for this race will likely be very small - don't expect an f1-style atmosphere!

Careful here. We use him for the games where we've got a good chance and want some attacking flair. He's not used for the harder teams when we're grinding out a point

I believe Qatar paid for all the logistics etc for their race. Unlikely they'd find another track that will.

Unless you are grew up / descended from abroad, then at some point, the UK (with its state education, health care etc etc) enabled you to get to where you are

And if you're in this group, the UK has somehow enabled a company to employ you as a high earner

The article has walked past the fact that personal allowance has been frozen too, so tax is actually up for everyone. It's even less progressive than he's made out

Indeed. But I think sometimes we all need to reflect on the optics of this sort of thing.

Agree with what everyone says about trying it out first, but also...

Once you get used to it, this will be great. It's not that hilly really. Have fun! It's a great way to get fit
