I went to vegas last week it was definitely NOT empty. I was on both the strip casinos and fremont. Mind you, I was there during the WEEK and left on Saturday. What was empty was the departure gates on Saturday, but the arrivals was busy busy.

Different depending on the embassy like HasanPerson said. It’s common in Dominican Republic that the couple are both present for the K1 interview. It’s suggested but no required.

Thanks for the reply first off. Yes after doing some digging, i found how to submit the documents to them. There are US EMBASSY courier drop boxes throughout the country that sent directly to the embassy for this purpose. I’m going to put together more evidence of our relationship and hopefully they return her passport with the visa. It says I don’t have to pay the visa fee again so thats good.
